KENTUCKY REAL ESTATE APPRAISERS BOARD

The Kentucky Real Estate Appraisers Board protects the public through regulation, examination and licensure of real estate appraisers and the registration of appraisal management companies. The Board also approves and monitors education requirements and testing for appraisers, as well as investigates complaints against appraisers and management companies. The Board is funded through licensure fees and appraisal management company registrations.

TEAM KENTUCKY EMERGENCY RELIEF FUND

Governor Beshear has established the Team Kentucky Emergency Relief Fund to assist Kentuckians impacted by catastrophic events. All donations to the Team Kentucky Emergency Relief Fund are tax-deductible, and donors will receive a receipt for tax purposes after donating. This fund is fully transparent and is subject to open records and legislative oversight. There are no administrative fees, so every dollar helps Kentuckians.
