NOTICE OF NONRENEWAL

 In accordance with KRS 324A.152(6)(7) – Issuance of an Appraisal Management Company – Renewal, this notice is being posted to inform Appraisal Management Companies that failed to renew the company's registration certificate for 2016-2017 that the company's certificate expired on 10/31/2016. 
 
To request reinstatement of the AMC registration you must complete the Annual Renewal Application for Appraisal Management Companies and submit a check made payable to the KY Board of Appraisers in the amount of $2,300.00 plus $50.00 for each month of delinquency, up to six months after expiration to the KY Board of Appraisers. 
After six months’ delinquency, a new application for registration shall be required.
